A Pikachu-zen Vacation

My vacation to the country was pretty awesome!  😁
It was soooo very hot that I didn't take a whole lot of pictures and neither did any of my cousins.  Hopefully next year it won't be so sweltering. 

Mammoth Spring must be my lucky town or something cause while I was down there I somehow managed to catch a Pikachu!!!

I had never even seen a Pikachu on my radar.  I didn't have to walk around too much to find it, surprisingly enough and when I did I used a great ball and caught it on the first try!  I've just been dying to get a Pikachu and now I finally have one. 

While visiting some cousins I discovered that a cousin of mine and I both love knitting and arts and crafts.  She asked me if I had very many circular needles (which I don't) and she gave me an extra set of interchangeable circular needles that she had.  Eeek, I can't wait to put them to good use!  I've been wanting a set like this for so long!!!  I am forever grateful and in her debt.  ❤💖❤

Also come to find out, one of my other cousins is really into genealogy and history, too! 
I was quite sad on the drive home cause I really miss being down there!  So much open space with nothing for miles but land, trees, horses, cows, goats, etc.  It's a claustrophobic person's heaven!
